Cancellation Policy

I understand emergencies happen, however 24 hours advance notice is required to avoid potential cancellation fee(s). Same day/last minute cancellations will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you are 10 min + late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to rebook. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and banned from booking with me in the future. Any repeat same day/last minute cancellations will be required to pay for the service in full before I will confirm future appointments. There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS given. Understand that you are paying for both my time and product/service(s). If you are unhappy with any aspect of your lashes, please let me know immediately so that I may correct the issue.
